How do I connect my microphone port on my phone to my computer to record audio from my sound card?
I want to create a ring tone, but the only way to know if I can record a voice .. Therefore I would like to connect my laptop to my computer and record music directly to my phone through the microphone port.

Then connect one end to your audio equipment (I should say that the line out or headphones or a symbol for the helmet) and an end to your phone. then the music play as normal, and the registry.
If you have a microphone connected to your phone, plug in the headphone port on the microphone on your computer to your phone via a cable to the appropriate terminals. (I doubt that really is a microphone port on your mobile, but. I've never heard of.)
I do not think that's plausible.
