I have over half a pound of nice blue Stilton cheese leftover Christmas. I decided that tonight, broccoli and Stilton soup. We had the usual stuffed mushrooms, etc. Looking for original (not cut and paste) the ideas from you. What is your favorite recipe Stilton?
